Facilitating Change focuses on enabling positive change in individuals, groups, and organizations through improved communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning.

The Facilitating Change workshop provides the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills necessary for effectively facilitating individuals and groups to achieve better results. During this program, you will:

Move Beyond the Basics

Advanced Facilitation dives deeper than most facilitation training programs. Using LearningChange’s “Discover, Connect, Create” model for group dialog, you will explore effective strategies for engaging in meaningful discussions to examine individual, group, and organizational beliefs, policies, and existing paradigms. Moving beyond surface level issues allows you to realign groups and create new paradigms for better support of organizational strategies and goals.
