The Facilitation Academy provides a rich opportunity for participants to practice innovative facilitation skills that will easily transfer into the workplace. Each facilitation training pathway allows participants to gain new knowledge, increase skills, and develop new attitudes toward the value of effective facilitation.
Move Beyond the Basics
The Faciliation Academy training pathways dive deeper than most facilitation training programs. Using LearningChange’s “Discover, Connect, Create” model for group dialog, you will explore effective strategies for engaging in meaningful discussions to examine individual, group, and organizational beliefs, policies, and existing paradigms. Moving beyond surface level issues allows you to realign groups and create new paradigms for better support of organizational strategies and goals.
